Attractions and Experience World
A family fun-packed zone of theme parks, water parks, roller coasters and adventure which will feature a huge variety of enormous themed attractions, which will use all the latest technology to offer the best in adrenalin fuelled fun as well as safety. The Attractions and Experience World is set to contain 14 different projects covering an area of approximately 145 million square feet with theme parks that will include; Pharaohs Theme Park, Giants World, Kids World, Global Village, Space & Science World, Space Hotel, Tourism Park, Film World, Desert World Theme Park, Snow World, Aviation World, Water Park, The Castles and Arabian Theme Park.
Sports and Outdoor World
This high octane world of heroes and champions will be formed of state-of-the-art sporting venues that will be host to whole range of sports activities including Football, Golf, Rugby, Cricket as well as some extreme sports as well. When this section of Dubailand is complete it will be the ideal warm weather training facility for the world’s elite athletes and other professional sports men and women. There will be 5 main projects within the Sports and Outdoor world that will include Extreme Sports World, Dubai Sports City, Racing World, Polo World and Golf World covering an area of over 206 million square feet. Already completed within the Sports and Outdoor World is the Dubai Autodrome and the Business Park Race Track.
Eco-Tourism World:
This will be a natural world showcasing our planet and will comprise a string of nature and desert orientated attractions that will be incorporated within their desert parkland environment. There is to be 12 projects spread across 806 million square foot of the Eco-Tourism World that will include the Petting Zoo, Animal World, Equestrian Centre, Light & Sound World, Gardens World, Dinosaur World, Science and History Museum, Bio World, Sand Dune Hotel, Sandstone Villas, Camp World and Desert Safari. |

Themed Leisure and Vacation World:
Sit back and relax in a world of spas, health and good living. The Themed Leisure and Vacation World will be filled with welcoming retreats that will be tailored to meet the desires of the ever increasing popularity of luxury village residences, resort hotels and wellness centres. There will be new creative ideas that will provide residents with a sense of being in far flung exotic places without actually leaving Dubailand. In total this zone will contain 4 projects set on 311 million square foot within Dubailand which include the Andalusian Resort & Spa, Women’s World, Wonders World and Holiday World.
Retail and Entertainment World:
With shopping being one if the essential activities carried out on holiday, not just in Dubai but the world over, this zone will provide a wide array of retail options with global brands, unique boutiques and discount stores. Entertainment and dining options will also be incorporate to give visitors the complete retail therapy experience within Dubailand. This area will feature 5 different projects on 46 million square feet of land including; Mall of Arabia (the worlds largest Mall), Factory Outlets, Auction World, World Trade Park and The Flea Market.
Downtown:
This will be an exciting blend of entertainment, retail and dining experiences that will cater for all generations. There will be cinemas, bowling, themed restaurants and nightclubs, street entertainment and computer based gaming. The Downtown area of Dubailand will sit on approximately 6 million square feet and contain 4 major projects; The Towers, Dubai Walk, Virtual Games World and Teen World.
Dubailand will be perfectly located along the Emirates Ring Road and will provide visitors easy access to Dubai Airport (10 minutes), Abu Dhabi (60 minutes), and Sharjah (20 minutes).
